As a matter o fact except for Gaelic (Irish) these are all V3 languages sold by Rosetta Stone so far.

Hey Guys

Actually I need some help. My ISP quite efficiently blocks my seeding. I have no idea how to bypass their interference. My downloads are super fast, my uploads they suck.

I set up my port forwarding perfectly, my Vuze client is setup as it should but still my seeds are darn slow.

Does anyone have an idea how to help?

I use MAC OS X

Use a torrent client that supports protocol encryption, and set it for encrypted communications only. On OSX, the 'Transmission' client can do this.
Under the Peer's tab in preferences, check that both 'Prefer encrypted peers' and 'Ignore unencrypted peers' are both selected. While this will limit who you can seed to, It will be that much harder for the ISP to identify and throttle your encrypted traffic.

Thx for info. That is actually what I did and the speed improved significantly although it is still blocked. I experimented with Vuze, uTorrent and Transmission 1.50. The latter by far is the best app to outsmart (to some extent) 'the evil' ISP

Btw

I know there is a way to fix it (at least on Linux) with dropping forged RST packets. However I do not know how to do it on Mac. Does anyone know how?

You'll need to get your hands dirty with the OSX shell and learn enough of ipfw to set up the rules you'll need to drop it.

I think that is the rule you'll want to add. $torrent_client_port being what ever port you are trying to use for your client.

I *HIGHLY* suggest getting the languages somewhere else. This torrent has SO many leechers and NO seeders... The highest KB/sec over the last two days I've gotten was 20! I was getting 300+ when I first started out!

The intent is that a super seeder will usually upload fewer bits before downloaders begin to complete than a standard seed by strictly limiting the uploading of duplicate pieces. That does not necessarily mean that the uploading will take less time. I have VERY limited bandwidth. 360 kb/s max. Believe it or not, your download rate increases when you upload as well. I had mine set to .1 kb/s upload. and i got like 3-5 kb/s. I increased it to 25 kb/s upload and got around 60-180 kb/s. IDK why, maybe because your pc has to send received packet confirmations? This way your not only helping yourself but everyone else as well.

I found Version 3 Hindi!! I have literally downloaded hundreds upon hundreds of files over the last 6 months or so and none of them panned out. All were really Version 2. Once again, I continued my search and tonight I hit paydirt. I came across Hindi files at General Search. http://www.general-search.com. I thought for sure it would be another BS set of files. Well, my friends, I was pleasantly surprised. Look for Hindi at General Search and you will find all 3 of them complete with Audio Companion. Merry Christmas! It will take some time to download but it's well worth it. PS: I want credit if this turns into a torrent!

It took me a little bit to figure it out as well. I couldn't understand why WinRAR wouldn't do the job. So, I looked it up with Google. From the information I found online, it appears that files with extensions like .001 and .002 and so forth should be extracted with tools like 7Zip. It's not mandatory to use 7Zip, there are other tools like it that will do the same job. Either way you choose to accomplish the job, the end result is a nISO file and that of course is what we want. 7Zip is free by the way. Doesn't cost a dime. Now that you know how it's done.....don't you have some work to do? Good luck and happy downloading!

One last thing, I'm pretty sure that the Hindi language packs require at least Application Version 3.35 in order to install them. Anything below that version and the packs may not install. I can't say this for sure but I have a feeling that Version 3.2.1 won't run them. It's just a hunch. They do run flawlessly with Application Version 3.45. Almost forgot! All 3 Levels of the Hindi Audio Companions are there as well so don't forget to download those too! Now get to work!
